Hotel Catedral - Cuernavaca

The room cleanliness was an absolute disaster, no cleaning service for four days! They acted like it didn't matter, and the noise from the maintenance crew was unbearable. I totally expected a room upgrade for my troubles, but clearly, I woudl ve been more comfortable at a budget motel. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The breakfast offers variety of coffee, fruit, and eggs. The staff in general is very-very nice. The location is marvellous, just a short stroll away from Robert Brady Museum. And it's just off common areas and the center.

The hotel is situated in the center of the city, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from an excellent museum. 700 feet are distance to the restaurant...

All good, fulfills its purpose. Excellent breakfast options with local flavors.

lovely hotel, well-kept facilities, centrally located

The room cleanliness left much to be desired!!! No one addressed our complaints promptly, and we had to deal with excessive noise from the street. Poor handling of room availability added to the frustration!!!

I was really pleased with the breakfast options like chilaquiles and eggs, but the noisy street made it hard to relax and sleep. I'd come back!

great spot near cultural attractions and good parks

during my stay, I loved how I could easily walk to the Museo de la Ciudad de Cuernavaca in less than a 5-minute walk, and the lovely Centro Cultural Jardin Borda was just a short stroll away, making it perfect for leisurely explorations and park views.

Couldn't recommend more for a lightning stop

Fantastic location, efficient amenities with a restaurant that offers excellent breakfast options with local flavors, mere steps away from various attractions in the city center.

The location of catedral is fantastic. Everything in centro is just a short walk away, including the main plaza and cathedral. The standard queen room was comfortable, and the fast wifi. I really enjoyed the lovely atmosphere of the courtyard. It was perfect.

This was just an appropriate option for getting around the area in Cuernavaca with a great value-to-price ratio. The complimentary breakfast had local flavors and was a nice surprise after a long day. Make sure to request a room away from the busy street to avoid noise at night.

The hotel is conveniently located next to the town center and common areas. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel's position in the middle of town is wonderful. We had a great dinner and drinks at the nearby L'arrosoir d'arthur.

The staff here was really helpful and not pushy, the breakfast spot was just perfect, and the location was awesome, right by the Robert Brady Museum and in the heart of the action.

The building and facilities were beautiful and had great historical value. The location was convenient and close to everything we wanted to see and do.

The room was not very comfortable and had some issues. There was no mirror or hangers, and the shower didn't have hot water.

The staff was helpful and affable, and they resolved my issues. The hotel was close to the center of town and downtown.
